Neon / Invoice Drafts

Private service · App information

An invoice, ready
for a human review.

Neon Invoice Drafts is Davis McCoy’s personal tool for turning purchase-order details into an invoice PDF and an unsent Gmail draft.

This page explains the app. Invoice tools are private.

How it works

From LPO to review

  1. Dot prepares the details

Dot reads the owner’s LPO email through its connected tools and supplies the invoice number, customer, recipient, dates, descriptions, and rates.

  2. Neon prepares the invoice

The private service validates those inputs, calculates the total, and generates a PDF using the owner’s saved sender and payment details.

  3. The owner reviews the draft

The service attaches the PDF to a new Gmail draft. Davis checks the recipient, invoice, and message, then sends it from Gmail.

The service does not send email automatically. This public page has no invoice submission form, public invoice endpoint, or access to private invoice records.

Google account access

The service requests basic Google identity information to check that the authorized account matches the configured sender. It also requests gmail.compose to create drafts and inspect draft metadata when checking the outcome of a request.

Google’s compose permission permits sending as well as managing drafts. This application implements draft creation and retrieval only; it exposes no email-sending operation. It does not read incoming mail. Dot’s separate email connection supplies the invoice inputs.

Information the service keeps

The owner’s service stores Google authorization credentials and the saved sender/payment profile in protected local files. Depending on the configured profile, an invoice PDF may include tax and bank details.

Local request records contain the submitted invoice details, source email and thread identifiers, a profile snapshot, generated PDF, request identifiers, and Gmail draft references. These records allow the service to return the same result after a retry instead of creating another draft. Service backups can contain the same information.

Where information goes

Google receives the draft message and attached PDF and stores them in the owner’s Gmail account. OpenAI’s Dot and MCP tunnel handle tool inputs and results as part of the requested workflow. Tool results normally include invoice and draft summaries; requesting a preview or a separate PDF copy also returns that PDF through the tool connection.

The service does not sell Google account information or use it for advertising. Google and OpenAI process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Retention and control

The owner manages retention and deletion of local records, credentials, and backups. There is no automatic deletion schedule promised by this page. Removing a Gmail draft does not also remove the service’s local invoice record or its backups.

Google authorization can be revoked through the account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not itself delete existing drafts, local records, or backups. Contact the owner about information handled by this service.

This public information page

This static page adds no analytics, tracking scripts, forms, or application cookies. Its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary connection information and access logs when someone visits.

Personal use

Owner-operated software

Neon Invoice Drafts is maintained for Davis McCoy’s own invoicing workflow. It is not a public invoicing service and does not offer public registration.

The owner is responsible for checking invoice numbers, recipients, services, dates, amounts, and payment details before sending an invoice. Generated PDFs and drafts are prepared for that review.
